DMARC Record Generator

Build a DMARC record that protects your domain from spoofing — with a safe rollout plan from monitoring to full enforcement, so you tighten the screws without blocking real mail.

Email Authentication

DMARC Record Generator

Set your policy, add a reporting address, and we'll build a valid DMARC record — plus a safe rollout from monitoring to full enforcement.

1 · Enforcement policy

Start with none to collect reports without affecting delivery, then tighten over a few weeks.

2 · Reporting

100%

Roll out enforcement gradually — e.g. quarantine 25% of mail first, then ramp to 100%.

3 · Alignment (advanced)

Your DMARC record

v=DMARC1; p=none;

Add this as a TXT record with host _dmarc on your domain (i.e. _dmarc.yourdomain.com).

Want enforcement without the risk? Outboundry configures SPF, DKIM and DMARC across every sending domain and monitors placement — so you reach reject safely.

Get authentication done for you
How it works

Generate your DMARC record in three steps

1

Set your policy

Choose none to monitor, quarantine to send failures to spam, or reject to block them.

2

Add a reports address

Enter an email to receive aggregate reports on who's sending as your domain.

3

Copy & publish

Paste the generated TXT record at _dmarc.yourdomain.com and roll up enforcement over time.

FAQ

Common questions

Where does the DMARC record go?

Add it as a TXT record on the _dmarc subdomain — host _dmarc, value as generated. It applies to your whole domain.

What policy should I start with?

Start at p=none to collect reports without affecting delivery. Once you've confirmed legitimate mail passes, move to quarantine, then reject.

What is the pct tag?

pct applies your policy to a percentage of mail, letting you roll out enforcement gradually — e.g. quarantine 25% first, then ramp to 100%.

Do I need SPF and DKIM first?

Yes. DMARC builds on SPF and DKIM — set those up before enforcing, or legitimate mail may fail. Use our SPF generator and DKIM checker first.
