Pricing questions, answered

Can I add more LinkedIn seats to the Agency plan?

Yes. Agency includes 20 LinkedIn seats by default. Add more directly from the pricing card or your settings at $20/seat/month ($17.50/seat/month billed annually). Seats are added immediately and prorated. Adding seats doesn't change campaign email or warmup limits, for higher caps, see Enterprise.

When should I move from Agency to Enterprise?

Three signals usually mean it's time: you're managing more than ~80 LinkedIn accounts, you regularly hit Agency's caps (500K campaign and 300K warmup emails/month), or you want a dedicated success manager and LinkedIn optimization support. Agency scales smoothly via seat add-ons until then.

Can I switch plans mid-billing-cycle?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next cycle, so you keep what you paid for. Your data, campaigns and connected accounts move with you, no migration needed.

What does "LinkedIn account" mean in each plan?

Each LinkedIn account is one connected profile you run outreach from. So "20 LinkedIn accounts" on Agency means you can connect 20 separate profiles (your own, your team's, or rented profiles you've purchased) and manage them all from one dashboard.

How does the annual discount work?

Annual billing gives you roughly 25% off the monthly rate on every plan. You pay for the year upfront and the per-month price drops accordingly. Seat add-ons also get a discounted annual rate ($17.50 vs $20). You can switch to annual anytime and we'll prorate the credit.

Is there a free trial? Do I need a credit card?

Yes, every plan includes a free trial. Connect accounts, launch campaigns and explore the full product without a card upfront. Card details are only required when you're ready to continue past the trial.

How does Lead Finder work and what's in the database?

Lead Finder gives you 500M+ verified B2B profiles, searchable with 50+ filters: job title, seniority, department, company size, industry, location, technographics, funding and hiring signals. Pull verified emails straight into your campaigns, no bouncing between tools.

How does Lead Finder pricing work and what happens to unused credits?

Lead Finder, Email Finder, Phone Finder and Company Follower all draw from one recurring data-credit balance you can add to any subscription or run on its own. Plans start at $29/month for 2,000 credits and scale to $799/month for 100,000, see the Data credits table above. A lead costs ½ a credit, a lead with email 1 credit, a phone number 10 credits and a follower 2 credits. Unused credits roll over and don't expire while your plan is active.

My plan includes Email Finder credits. Do I need to buy more?

Plans include enough for typical use at each tier (100 Starter, 1,000 Growth, 5,000 Agency, 25,000 Enterprise). Need more in a month? Buy one-time packs from $49 for 2,000 credits, they don't expire. Email Finder credits are separate from Lead Finder credits; each has its own pool.

What's included in Email Infrastructure and which providers are supported?

Pre-configured mailboxes that come ready to send, we handle DNS, SPF, DKIM and DMARC. Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 are $4/mailbox/month + $14/domain/year; Azure is $25/domain/month including 50 mailboxes (best for high volume). Already have mailboxes? Just connect them.

What is a LinkedIn Avatar and when should I use one?

A dedicated, manually warmed-up LinkedIn account for agency outreach, instead of running campaigns from your or your client's personal profile. They include a dedicated IP, replacement guarantee and full customization. Pricing runs from $59 to $129/month for aged, ID-verified, US/EU accounts.
