Call queue

A queue of calls, not a list of numbers

Campaign call steps and manual follow-ups land in one queue, sorted by due time and priority. Each task opens with the lead, the last touch and your talk track beside the dial pad, so reps dial instead of digging.

  • Call tasks created by campaign steps
  • Purpose, priority and due time on every task
  • Local time and timezone shown before you dial

Outcomes

Log the outcome, move the deal

End a call and pick a disposition. Outboundry writes the log, keeps the recording and transcript, and moves the lead in your pipeline, so nobody has to remember to update the CRM afterwards.

  • Meeting booked, connected, callback, wrong number and more
  • Each outcome can move the lead stage automatically
  • Optional recording and searchable transcript

Calls sit between your email, LinkedIn and WhatsApp steps

A call is a step, not a separate motion. Drop it into any sequence and the lead only receives the touches that still make sense, so a reply or a booked meeting stops the rest.

  • Email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and call steps in one flow
  • Conditional branches on reply, open and answer
  • Numbers from Phone Finder, dialed in one click

FAQ

Dialer questions, answered

Do I need a separate dialer or phone system?
No. The Dialer is built into Outboundry. You buy a number in-app, then call from the lead record, the call-task queue or a campaign step. Numbers, recordings, transcripts and outcomes all live on the same lead.
Where do the phone numbers come from?
You purchase them inside Outboundry. US and Canada numbers are available right now: search by area code, pick a local or toll-free number and it is live within a minute. Each number is $1.30 a month, toll-free $2.30 a month, billed every 3 months on its own subscription, so a local number is $3.90 per quarter and a toll-free number $6.90. Numbers renew on their own dates and you confirm the price at checkout before anything is charged. Numbers in other countries are available on request, and all number issuance is subject to compliance review, so some regions require documents such as proof of address or business registration before the number goes live.
How is calling priced?
A monthly Dialer plan includes credits and numbers, from $19 a month. Connected minutes draw down credits at 2 credits per minute for US outbound, about $0.04 a minute, and you can top up with packs that never expire. Full rates are in the pricing table above.
Can I receive inbound calls?
Yes. Every number can ring the whole workspace or one specific rep, with voicemail when nobody picks up. Inbound calls are matched to the lead record automatically and logged with the same outcomes as outbound calls.
Are calls recorded and transcribed?
Recording and transcription are optional per workspace and per call. Recordings attach to the call log with a searchable transcript, and you control which regions require an announcement before recording.
Do call outcomes move leads in the pipeline?
Yes. Each disposition can move the lead automatically. Meeting booked moves the lead to Meeting, not interested closes it lost, wrong number disqualifies it, and a callback creates the follow-up task at the time the prospect asked for.
Can a campaign create call tasks?
Yes. Add a call-task step to any sequence and Outboundry drops the task into the rep's queue at the right point, with the lead context, the last touch and the script beside the dial pad.
