Mailboundry, cold email infrastructure by Outboundry New from Outboundry

Cold email infrastructure on IPs nobody else touches

Mailboundry is our own sending infrastructure, built for outbound rather than borrowed from office email. Every mailbox gets a dedicated IP and DNS that configures itself, so your inbox placement depends on your sending and nothing else. Replies from all of them land in one Outboundry inbox. From $2 per mailbox a month.

Why we built it

Office email was never meant to send cold

Google and Microsoft built their mail platforms for internal teams talking to people who already know them. Cold outreach breaks every assumption behind that design, and you pay for it in inbox placement.

01

Your reputation is not yours

Pooled IPs mean your placement moves with the behaviour of every other sender in the pool. You can do everything right and still land in spam because someone else did not.

02

Per-seat pricing punishes scale

Mainstream providers charge per user, because they assume one human per mailbox. Outbound needs dozens of senders, and the licence cost stops making sense long before the strategy does.

03

Setup is where campaigns die

Domains, records, tracking, SSL, warmup. Every manual step is a chance to get authentication subtly wrong and quietly halve your reply rate for a month before anyone notices.

Dedicated IPs

One IP, one sender, one reputation

On Google and Microsoft your mail leaves from pooled IPs shared with thousands of other senders. One bad neighbour and your inbox rate falls with theirs. Mailboundry gives every mailbox a dedicated IP, so the only sending behaviour that affects your reputation is your own.

  • A dedicated IP per mailbox or per domain
  • No pooled reputation and no bad neighbours
  • IPs allocated in the region you sell into
  • Reputation you can actually build and keep
  • Add another dedicated IP for $50 a month, where others charge $100+

Automated DNS

SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and tracking, set for you

Authentication is where most cold email setups quietly break. Add a domain to Mailboundry and every record is written and verified for you, following current Gmail and Yahoo sender requirements.

  • SPF, DKIM and DMARC written automatically
  • MX and custom tracking domain configured
  • Records verified before the domain goes live
  • Re-checked continuously, not just at setup

SSL & domain masking

Branded links that never expose your main domain

Tracking links and redirect pages served from your outreach domains, secured with SSL and masked so your primary website is never in the header of a cold email.

  • SSL issued and renewed automatically
  • Custom tracking domain per sending domain
  • Masked redirects to your real site
  • Primary domain kept out of cold sequences

Workspaces & portability

Built for agencies, not locked to us

Separate every client into its own workspace with its own domains, IPs and billing. And because Mailboundry is infrastructure rather than a walled garden, it works with whatever you send from, while every reply still collects in one Outboundry inbox.

  • A workspace per client or per project
  • Move domains and mailboxes between workspaces
  • Every mailbox lands in the Outboundry Unified Inbox
  • Works with any other sending tool over SMTP and IMAP

FAQ

Mailboundry questions, answered

What exactly is Mailboundry?
Mailboundry is Outboundry’s own email sending infrastructure, built specifically for cold outreach. Instead of renting Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 seats, you get domains and mailboxes running on our platform, each with a dedicated IP and DNS authentication configured for you.
How is this different from the mailboxes I can already buy from Outboundry?
Our Email InfrastructureMailboundry product sells you real Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, which is the right answer when a prospect’s filters expect a mainstream provider. Mailboundry is our own stack: cheaper per mailbox, a dedicated IP each, and no per-seat licence. Both cap what a single domain should carry, because that is a deliverability rule rather than a billing one. Plenty of teams run both.
How many mailboxes can I run on one domain?
Five is the hard limit, and three is what we advise. It is not a billing cap: loading a single domain with senders concentrates risk, so if that domain gets flagged you lose every mailbox on it at once. Spreading the same volume across more domains costs a few dollars a year more and protects the whole estate.
Do I have to log into every mailbox separately?
Each mailbox has its own credentials if you want them, so you can sign into any one directly. Day to day you should not need to: every Mailboundry mailbox feeds the Outboundry Unified Inbox, so replies from all of them, alongside your LinkedIn conversations, sit in one place.
What does an extra dedicated IP cost?
$50 a month. Infraforge and comparable providers charge upwards of $100 for the same thing. Most teams never need one, since every mailbox already has its own IP, but a second is worth it if you want to isolate a high-risk campaign or a specific client from the rest of your sending.
Why do dedicated IPs matter for cold email?
On shared infrastructure your sending reputation is averaged with everyone else on that IP. If another sender on the pool gets flagged, your inbox placement drops even though your own sending was clean. A dedicated IP means the only behaviour affecting your reputation is yours.
Do I have to touch DNS at all?
No. Add a domain and Mailboundry writes and verifies SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MX and your tracking records, then keeps checking them. If something drifts, you get told before it costs you replies.
Can I use Mailboundry with a tool other than Outboundry?
Yes. Mailboundry is infrastructure, not a walled garden. Mailboxes connect over standard SMTP and IMAP, so you can send from Outboundry or from any other sequencer you already use.
Is there a free trial?
No, and that is deliberate: domains, IPs and mailboxes cost real money the moment they are provisioned. You buy what you need inside the app and can scale up or down each cycle.
Can agencies resell Mailboundry?
Yes. The whitelabel programme lets you resell Mailboundry under your own brand and domain, with client workspaces separated and billed independently. Talk to us and we will set the revenue share up.
How quickly can I start sending?
Minutes. Domains are registered and authenticated automatically, and mailboxes are provisioned straight after. We still recommend running them through warmup before a campaign, which Outboundry does for you.
