FAQ

Deliverability Center questions, answered

What is the Deliverability Center?
A single report that monitors deliverability across your email warmup and live campaigns. It scores the health of every domain, sender and inbox provider, flags problems as they appear, and lets you act on them right away.
How is the health score calculated?
It's a 0–100 score weighted from warmup inbox rate (50%), campaign reply rate against a 6% benchmark (40%) and setup maturity (10%).
Why use reply rate to measure campaign deliverability?
Delivered only means the receiving server accepted the email, not that it reached the inbox. Mail in the inbox gets human replies and mail in spam doesn't, so reply rate is the clearest live signal. Above 5% is healthy; under 3% needs attention.
What actions can I take from the report?
Pause a sender, lower its daily volume, extend or restart warmup, open the DNS fix for a domain, or run an inbox placement test, all from the issue itself.
How much history is kept?
Warmup and campaign reporting are both kept for 3 months. You can view today, 7 days, 30 days or the full 3 months.
