HeyReach Pricing 2026

Priced per LinkedIn account, with free teammates and a proxy cost that moves onto you as you scale up.

Figures below were taken from HeyReach’s public pricing page on 20 October 2026. Check the live page before deciding, and note that the page contains a few internal inconsistencies, flagged where they matter.

HeyReach prices per LinkedIn account and charges nothing for people. That is an unusual model in this category and it is the right one for agencies, where the account count scales with clients and the human count does not.

Two things the page does not spell out: where the bundle beats the per-account price, and that the larger plans hand you an infrastructure cost the smallest plan absorbs.

The plans

Plan Monthly Quarterly Yearly
Growth $79 per sender $71/sender/mo ($213/quarter) $63/sender/mo ($756/year)
Agency $999/mo $899/mo ($2,697/quarter) $799/mo ($9,590/year)
Unlimited $2,999/mo $2,699/mo ($8,097/quarter) $2,399/mo ($28,790/year)
Done for you Custom Custom Custom

Quarterly is labelled −10% and yearly −20%, which is a milder annual discount than most of this category demands, several competitors charge a 25–30% premium for monthly billing. Paying monthly here costs you 25% more than the yearly rate, which is a real but not punitive difference.

A sender is a LinkedIn account. Teammates, VAs, clients and users are not billed. For an agency with three operators managing thirty client accounts, that distinction is worth more than any discount.

Where the bundle starts paying

The arithmetic the page leaves to you.

Senders Growth, yearly rate Agency, yearly rate Cheaper
5 $315/mo $799/mo Growth
10 $630/mo $799/mo Growth
13 $819/mo $799/mo Agency
20 $1,260/mo $799/mo Agency
25 $1,575/mo $799/mo Agency

The crossover is about thirteen LinkedIn accounts, on either monthly or yearly billing (12.6 and 12.7 respectively, the discount applies to both sides, so it barely moves).

That is the single most useful number on this page. Under thirteen accounts, pay per sender. Over it, the Agency bundle is cheaper and includes whitelabel, which per-sender Growth does not.

The Agency plan’s unexplained numbers

Here the page becomes unhelpful. Under Agency it lists “25 senders” and “50 senders” without explaining the difference between them, whether these are included allowances, tiers at different prices, or examples.

This matters a great deal. If Agency includes 50 senders, the effective rate at capacity is $15.98 per sender per month on yearly billing. If it includes 25, it is $31.96. That is a factor of two on the most important figure in the plan, and it is not resolvable from the page.

Ask before buying. Specifically: how many senders does Agency include, and what does sender 51 cost?

Unlimited, and what it is for

$2,399 a month yearly, capped at 300 senders under a fair-use policy, with support required beyond that.

Against Agency, Unlimited costs three times as much. If Agency includes 50 senders, Unlimited makes sense somewhere above about 150 accounts. If Agency includes 25, the crossover comes earlier. The same ambiguity governs.

What Unlimited adds beyond capacity: priority support, done-for-you migration, 3,000 enrichment credits, and multi-brand whitelabel as an add-on at $500 per add-on, so an agency needing separate branding for several client-facing portals is paying per brand on top of a $2,399 plan.

The proxy inversion

This is the finding worth the read, and it runs opposite to how software pricing normally works.

Growth includes a dedicated residential proxy per sender. The per-account price covers the IP infrastructure that keeps each LinkedIn session looking consistent.

Agency and Unlimited require you to bring your own proxies.

So the cheapest plan bundles infrastructure and the expensive plans do not. For LinkedIn automation that infrastructure is not optional, session consistency from a stable, residential-looking IP is one of the things that keeps accounts healthy, and the behavioural signals that get accounts restricted include exactly this kind of inconsistency.

Residential proxies at scale are a real line item, priced per account per month by whoever supplies them. The page gives no figure, which means the thirteen-account crossover above is understated against Agency. An agency at 25 accounts is paying $799 plus 25 proxies, and until you have a proxy quote you cannot compare the two plans properly.

Get that quote before you model anything. It is the difference between Agency being clearly cheaper and roughly level.

What else is unpriced

  • Enrichment credit top-ups. Available “anytime”, no rate published. Growth includes 100 credits per sender, Agency 1,000, Unlimited 3,000.
  • Early stage programme. For companies under $250,000 ARR with fewer than five people, not already customers. Discount unstated.
  • Done for you. ICP research, campaign setup, a GTM engineer and an inbox manager. Custom.

Worked totals

Yearly billing, excluding proxies for Agency and Unlimited because they are unquoted.

Solo operator, 1 LinkedIn account

$63/mo, proxy included. Clean, and it is LinkedIn only, you still need an email platform, which is the point below.

Small team, 5 accounts

$315/mo, proxies included. Still under the crossover, so Growth is correct.

Agency, 25 client accounts

Growth: $1,575/mo. Agency plan: $799/mo plus 25 proxies plus whitelabel included. Agency wins unless proxies cost more than about $31 per account per month, which is unlikely.

Large agency, 100 accounts

Agency plan at $799, if it extends to 100 senders, which the page does not say. Otherwise Unlimited at $2,399 plus 100 proxies, plus $500 per additional brand.

The thing to hold in mind

HeyReach is a LinkedIn tool. Not a multichannel platform with LinkedIn in it, a specialist.

Which means every total above is a component cost, not a stack cost. Add an email sending platform, mailbox infrastructure, domains, a data provider and whatever handles replies, and the LinkedIn line is one of five or six. What an outbound stack costs prices the whole thing.

That is not a criticism of the product. Specialists are often better at their one channel, and HeyReach’s per-sender proxy on Growth is a more thoughtful approach to account safety than several bundled alternatives. It is a criticism of comparing a specialist’s price to a platform’s price and concluding the specialist is cheap.

Against Outboundry

LinkedIn capacity priced two ways, with the caveat that the products differ in scope:

  HeyReach Outboundry
Model Per LinkedIn account Per plan, LinkedIn accounts included
Entry $63–$79 per account Starter $39/mo, 1 LinkedIn account
3 accounts $189–$237/mo Growth $89/mo, 3 included
20–25 accounts $799/mo Agency plan + proxies Agency $399/mo, 20 seats; extra seats $20/mo ($17.50 annual)
300 accounts Unlimited $2,399/mo + proxies Enterprise $1,799/mo, 300 under fair use
Teammates Free No per-seat fee
Whitelabel Agency tier, one brand; $500 per extra brand Agency tier
Proxies Included on Growth; BYO on Agency and Unlimited Managed per account
Email, WhatsApp, calls Not offered Same platform

At 25 LinkedIn accounts the comparison is roughly $499 a month with Outboundry, $399 plus five extra seats, against $799 plus proxies with HeyReach, with email, WhatsApp, dialler and a shared inbox on the Outboundry side rather than bought separately.

Where HeyReach has the better answer: a dedicated residential proxy bundled into the per-account price on Growth, free teammates without caveat, and the focus of a single-channel tool. If LinkedIn is your only channel and you run fewer than thirteen accounts, the per-sender model is clean and the product is good at its job.

Where it costs more: the proxy inversion at scale, $500 per additional whitelabel brand, and the fact that a LinkedIn tool is one line in a stack rather than the stack.

One more thing worth saying plainly, because it is the question behind most of these comparisons: no tool in this category, ours included, can import your sequences from another. Migration means reconnecting accounts, importing contacts and suppression lists, and rebuilding campaigns. The HeyReach migration guide covers doing that without losing account health, which is the part that carries real risk.

The short version

$79 per LinkedIn account monthly, $63 yearly, with teammates free. Agency is $999 monthly or $799 yearly; Unlimited $2,999 or $2,399, capped at 300 senders.

The crossover is around thirteen accounts, after which the Agency bundle is cheaper and adds whitelabel. But the page lists “25 senders” and “50 senders” under Agency without explaining either, so confirm the included allowance before buying.

Growth includes a dedicated residential proxy per sender; Agency and Unlimited require your own. That inversion is unpriced and it moves the crossover, so get a proxy quote first.

And remember this is a LinkedIn specialist. Every figure here is one line in a stack, not the stack.

Target → Engage → Convert → Close

LinkedIn seats without a per-sender bill

Agency includes 20 LinkedIn seats at $399 a month, extra seats at $20, and email, WhatsApp and calling in the same sequence.

Frequently asked questions

How much does HeyReach cost per LinkedIn account?

$79 a month billed monthly, $71 quarterly and $63 yearly on the Growth plan. Teammates, VAs and clients are not charged, only LinkedIn accounts, which HeyReach calls senders. Figures checked 20 October 2026.

When is HeyReach’s Agency plan cheaper than per-sender pricing?

At about thirteen LinkedIn accounts, on either monthly or yearly billing. Above that the $999 monthly or $799 yearly bundle costs less and includes whitelabel, though you then supply your own proxies.

Does HeyReach include proxies?

On Growth, yes, a dedicated residential proxy per sender. The Agency and Unlimited plans require you to bring your own, so the larger plans carry an infrastructure cost the entry plan absorbs. No proxy pricing is published.

Is HeyReach a full outbound platform?

No, it is a LinkedIn specialist. Its price is one component alongside an email platform, mailboxes, domains, a data provider and reply management, so it should not be compared directly against the cost of a multichannel platform.
