Instantly Pricing 2026: What You Actually Pay

Unlimited email accounts is the headline. Uploaded contacts is the number that actually moves you up a tier.

Pricing verified against instantly.ai/pricing on 19 October 2026. This market moves; check the current page before committing.

Instantly’s pricing looks simple and has one trap in it. Every plan includes unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup, which is genuinely good and is what the marketing leads with. But the thing that decides which plan you need is uploaded contacts, and the jump between tiers on that number is steep.

Here is the full picture.

The outreach plans

Plan Monthly Annual (per mo) Uploaded contacts Emails/month
Growth $47 $37.60 1,000 5,000
Hypergrowth $97 $77.60 25,000 125,000
Light Speed $358 $286.30 100,000 500,000
Enterprise Custom Custom 100,000+ 500,000+

Unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup on every tier.

The contact cap is the real constraint. Growth at 1,000 uploaded contacts is a very small list, one modest campaign. Most teams doing real outbound land on Hypergrowth immediately, which makes the effective entry price $97 rather than $47.

The 25x jump from Growth to Hypergrowth, then 4x again to Light Speed, means there is no gentle middle. If you outgrow 25,000 contacts you are going from $97 to $358, a 269% increase, with no step in between.

The bundles

Outreach plus lead credits, sold together:

Bundle Monthly Annual (per mo) Emails/mo Contacts Credits/mo
Starter $94 $85 5,000 1,000 1,500
Scale $194 $175 100,000 25,000 5,000
Agency $555 $500 500,000 100,000 10,000

The bundles carry the same contact caps as the standalone plans, so the same cliff applies.

Worth noting: Starter bundles the 1,000-contact tier. If 1,000 contacts is too few on the standalone plan, it is too few in a bundle too, the credits do not raise the cap.

Credits, standalone

Plan Monthly Annual (per mo) Credits/month
Growth Credits $47 $37.60 1,500–2,000
Supersonic Credits $97 $87.30 5,000–7,500
Hyper Credits From $197 $177.30 10,000–200,000
Enterprise Credits Custom Custom 200,000+

One inconsistency to flag: the bundle section of the page lists Supersonic Credits at $197/month, while the standalone section lists it at $97. The page does not explain the difference. Confirm with sales before planning around either figure.

Credits cover the 450M+ lead database with 13 filters and waterfall email enrichment.

What is not priced publicly

Four things the page mentions and does not cost:

  • AI Sales Agent and AI Reply Agent. Referenced across the site, no price listed.
  • Inbox placement testing. A named product, no published pricing.
  • The SISR system. Described on higher tiers, not priced separately.
  • VIP services, setup, managed campaigns, a dedicated GTM engineer. All “book a call.”

If the AI agents are part of why you are evaluating Instantly, you cannot budget from the public page. Get a quote before comparing anything.

Real cost at three sizes

Solo founder, 2,000 contacts, 15,000 emails/month

Growth’s 1,000-contact cap is too low, so Hypergrowth: $97/month, or $77.60 annually. You will use a fraction of the 125,000 email allowance. You are paying for the contact tier.

Small team, 20,000 contacts, 80,000 emails/month

Hypergrowth fits: $97/month. This is where Instantly’s pricing is at its strongest, you are inside the caps and getting unlimited mailboxes.

Add lead credits and it is the Scale bundle at $194.

Agency, 60,000 contacts, 300,000 emails/month

Past Hypergrowth’s caps, so Light Speed: $358/month, or the Agency bundle at $555 with credits.

Add mailboxes. Instantly does not include infrastructure in these prices, so a 100-mailbox estate bought elsewhere adds $150 to $450 depending on provider.

Where the comparison usually lands

Instantly’s strength is unlimited email accounts and unlimited warmup at every tier. For a high-volume, email-only motion inside the contact caps, it is priced competitively and the warmup being uncapped is a real saving against tools that meter it.

Three things to weigh against that:

No native LinkedIn. If multichannel matters, that is a second subscription and a second inbox.

The contact cliff. At 25,001 contacts your bill goes from $97 to $358. Model your twelve-month contact growth, not this month’s.

Unpriced AI. The agents are a significant part of the pitch and carry no public number.

For reference, Outboundry’s plans include unlimited email accounts and no contact cap (Starter $39, Growth $89, Agency $399 with 20 LinkedIn seats and whitelabel) with LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calling steps in the same sequence and infrastructure in the same product from $0.80 a mailbox.

The honest read: if you send email only, stay under 25,000 contacts and want uncapped warmup, Instantly is well priced. The case weakens as contacts grow or channels multiply.

Target → Engage → Convert → Close

No contact cap, no LinkedIn metering

Unlimited email accounts and unlimited contacts on every plan, with LinkedIn, WhatsApp and calling in the same sequence rather than a second subscription.

The short version

Instantly’s entry price is $47 but its working price is $97, because the 1,000-contact cap on Growth is below what most real campaigns need.

The tier jumps are steep, $97 to $358 with nothing between, so model contact growth over a year rather than picking for today.

Unlimited email accounts and warmup on every plan is genuinely good value for email-only teams. The AI agents, inbox placement and VIP services are all unpriced publicly, so get those quoted before you compare.
