Pricing verified against lemlist.com/pricing on 19 October 2026. Several figures below are absent from the public page and are flagged as such.
Lemlist’s pricing page is one of the cleaner ones in the category. Two plans, clearly described, with credits sold as small separate bundles.
What it does not do is price four of the channels it sells. If you are evaluating lemlist for multichannel specifically, that gap is the thing to resolve before you commit.
The plans
| Plan | Monthly | Annual (per mo) |
|---|---|---|
| $69 | $55 | |
| Multichannel | $109 | $87 |
| Enterprise | Custom | Custom |
Email includes unlimited users and email senders, 50,000 emails a month, the 650M+ lead database, email and phone finder, lemAgent and AI agents, MCP and CLI, warmup and the deliverability hub, CRM integrations and API.
Multichannel adds 5 senders per user, unlimited emails and messages, LinkedIn automation, SMS automation, a built-in dialer with VoIP integrations, and using lemlist from Gmail and LinkedIn. WhatsApp is a separate add-on.
Enterprise adds 5+ senders per user, CRM-embedded use, custom roles, a dedicated account manager and SSO/SAML.
The seat question the page does not answer
This is the most important ambiguity on the page.
The Email plan says “unlimited users.” The Multichannel plan says “User(s)” with no per-user price stated, and the FAQ says pricing “is based on the number of users.”
So Multichannel at $109 is probably per user, but the page does not say so and gives no seat minimum. For a five-person team that is the difference between $109 and $545 a month.
Get this confirmed in writing before signing. It is the single largest variable in lemlist’s pricing and it is not on the page.
Credits
Sold as small monthly bundles rather than bulk packs.
| Bundle | Monthly | Annual (per mo) | What it covers |
|---|---|---|---|
| Lead data enrichment | $20 | $16 | 2,000 credits ≈ 400 emails or 100 phones |
| Buying intent signals | $29 | $21 | 100 signals |
From the enrichment figures: roughly 5 credits per email and 20 per phone number, which works out to about $0.04 per email and $0.16 per phone at the annual rate.
Credits are charged only for successful results, and unused credits roll over while the subscription is active. Both are good terms, charging only on success is less common than it should be.
Intent signals at roughly $0.21 each in a 100-signal bundle. Note that 100 signals a month is a small allowance if you are watching several competitor pages; a single well-performing post can produce more engagers than that in a day. Overage rates are not published.
What is not priced
Four things sold on the Multichannel plan with no public cost:
- Calling minutes and per-minute rates. The dialer is a headline feature. No rate published.
- SMS. Same.
- Phone numbers. No monthly cost listed.
- WhatsApp. Named as a separate add-on, not priced.
If you are buying lemlist for multichannel, that is four of the channels with no number attached. Ask for all four in writing alongside the seat question.
Real cost at three sizes
Using the published figures and flagging where assumptions are needed.
Solo founder, email only, light enrichment
Email plan at $55 annually, plus one enrichment bundle at $16. ~$71/month. Clean and competitive.
Three-person team, multichannel, moderate enrichment and signals
Multichannel at $87 annually, if per user, $261, plus enrichment $16 and signals $21.
$124/month if the plan is flat, $298 if per-seat. That range is the whole problem with the unanswered seat question.
Add calling and WhatsApp and the figure is unknowable from public information.
Agency, ten seats, heavy multichannel
Not calculable from the public page. Seat pricing, calling, SMS, WhatsApp and signal overages are all unpublished. Quote required.
Where it stands
Strong: genuinely clean plan structure, credits charged only on successful results, rollover while subscribed, unlimited users on the Email plan, and real multichannel breadth including SMS, which most competitors lack.
Weak: the seat ambiguity on the plan most people buy, and four unpriced channels on a multichannel product. Both are resolvable with a sales conversation, which is itself the point, you cannot self-serve a comparison.
On credits: $0.04 an email and $0.16 a phone are reasonable rates. The 100-signal bundle is the tight one if engagement-based capture is central to your motion.
For comparison, Outboundry runs one credit balance across everything (1 credit for a lead with a verified email, 0.5 for LinkedIn-only, 10 for a verified mobile) with Data Pro at $149 for 12,000 credits a month, company records and all 50+ filters free, and Signals as a tiered add-on at $19, $49 or $129 with allowances of 500, 2,000 and 8,000 signal leads. Plans are flat rather than per seat: $39, $89, $399.
If you need SMS, lemlist has it and Outboundry does not, that is a genuine point in its favour. If you need to know what multichannel will cost before a sales call, that is a point against.
The short version
Email at $69 and Multichannel at $109 are clearly presented, but the page does not say whether Multichannel is per user, and the FAQ implies it is. For a five-person team that is a five-fold difference.
Credits are fairly priced at about $0.04 an email and $0.16 a phone, charged only on success, with rollover. The 100-signal bundle is small if you run engagement-based capture seriously.
Calling, SMS, phone numbers and WhatsApp carry no public price on a product sold for multichannel. Get all five unknowns quoted together before comparing.
